Montview Boulevard Presbyterian Church

We are repeating this event to peacefully demonstrate we have Love for our Neighbors and Zero Tolerance for Family Separation.
We are also walking to join the marches across the country who are marching this June 14th to demand justice for the children who were picked up at the border and are now missing.
This event is a direct response to the newest policy from this administration: “Zero Tolerance for Unlawful Immigration”, which criminalizes immigrants and refugee asylum seekers at the border, to jail them and take away their children.
As a mother, I cannot even imagine this atrocity!
Migration is a survival mechanism beautifully designed by our Creator, not a crime. Punishing families, by separating them is despicable.
So I implore you to walk with is on this day, if you have Zero Tolerance for Family Separation.
We will walk from the Gardens of the Montview Presbyterian Church, to Temple Micah where our sister in Sanctuary, Araceli, will be receiving us.
We will continue to repeat this event until Araceli can be free again. She has been taking Sanctuary to avoid family separation for over 9 months. You will also have the opportunity to get plugged in on the work to create a path to citizenship and defund ICE. So that families like hers and my own can have access to a path to citizenship and to protect our community from the detention/deportation pipeline.
Family friendly event.
